OTSA is an Appropriate Body for Early Career Teacher Induction, based in Oxford. We provide support and quality assurance of the ECT induction process for ECTs in partnership with the Oxfordshire Teaching School Hub. We work with schools to ensure that their assessment is fair and consistent to ensure that ECTs have the best chance to meet the Teachers’ Standards at the end of their induction period.
